At Rolled Steel Products (RSP), we pride ourselves in manufacturing and supplying the highest quality metal roof & wall panels whether used for residential, storage, light commercial, light industrial or agricultural applications.
Our core products include our roll formed roof and wall panels and our precision formed trims and flashings that will finish out your project with a look of quality craftsmanship.
Loc-Rib™, our concealed fastener roof panel, has a 16" coverage and a rib height of 7/8". Each panel snaps securely over the adjacent panel, minimizing the use of unsightly exposed fasteners. Loc-Rib™ panels are a snap to install and our exclusive design ensures that they stay locked without the need for "extras" such as seaming tools, washers or clips!
Rolled Rib is a low profile, exposed fastener panel with a 36" coverage and a rib height of 3/4", commonly used in both roof and wall applications. Throughout the Northwest, you can see Rolled Rib used in agricultural, commercial, storage, residential and industrial applications.
PBR Panel is an exposed fastener panel with a 36" coverage and a rib height of 1 1/4", commonly used in both roof and wall applications. PBR Panel is versatile and is suited for open framing conditions, as well as solid substrate. The minimum roof slope for PBR Panel is 1/2:12.
SL-15 Standing Seam Panel is an architectural standing seam panel with vertical, narrow ribs providing an elegant and classic appearance.
SW-16 Soffit/Wall Panel is a concealed fastener soffit & wall panel. The flush panels give a uniform, smooth and sleek appearance. It has a center pencil rib with a vented option for soffit application. There are no visible fasteners.
All five panels feature our premium TOUGH BOND 3000™ high performance Silicon Polyester Paint finish with a 40-year non-prorated warranty. We make the panels in custom cut lengths to meet your needs from 3' to 40' (please inquire for lengths over 40'). Loc-Rib™ panels are produced in our exclusive "true" 26 gauge steel, and Rolled Rib in a full 29-ga. PBR, SL-15 and SW-16 panels are produced in 26 gauge steel.
